Abasto Properties, South Texas’ leading developer of Produce Terminal Markets, has 25 years experience developing and operating Produce Terminal Markets, including four in Mexico and one in the U.S. Our company has successfully developed a combined total of 1.8 million sq. ft. of warehouse construction.

In 1994, Abasto Properties developed The McAllen Produce Terminal Market in Texas, a 450,000 sq. ft. warehousing project. Today, it continues to successfully operate these units with over 100 businesses at a a 98-100% occupancy rate and continuous property appreciation.

In 2008, our company opened The Warehouse Kingdom in McAllen, TX, a 300,000 sq. ft. project for multiple use businesses, which is now effectively operating at a current 80% occupancy rate and steadily increasing.
